Store Policy
We accept Paypal. Due to COVID our shipping policy has changed to reflect our shipper's new guidelines. The only way we can offer on time and live arrival insurance is if we ship out on a Tuesday or Wednesday, Fedex Priority Overnight to a Fedex ship center (hub). There are NO GUARANTEES if we ship to a residence as there has been significant delays in FedEx deliveries. For more info please see the link to our shippers site below. Remember, Shipping to a hub is the safest option!!
Any issues must be stated in writing during the first 3 days of receiving the animal.
**We will cease shipping in December when our shipping company advises us to do so due to holiday shipping and chance of delays. We follow their shipping guidelines as they are presented to us to protect us, you and most importantly, the health of the snake. We also do not ship if temps here or at delivery point are below 40 degrees. Information can be found at: https://shipyourreptiles.com/ We will accept deposits for snakes over $100. We require 50% down and we will hold up to 30 days. All deposits are non refundable.
