Store Policy

Payment due in full before animals will be shipped
Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Venmo, cash
Payment plans are available on animals priced at $500+
-The minimum deposit is 25%
-Balance due within a month of deposit date
-Once a deposit is made the agreed upon price is locked in

Shipping to your door or the closest FedEx hub via Ship Your Reptiles, Monday - Friday, weather permitting
No shipping below 38 degrees or above 90 degrees to ensure the safety of the animal(s)

Live arrival guarantee:
-An adult 18 or older must accept the package on the first attempt OR it must be picked up at the FedEx hub within two hours of delivery time provided by FedEx

DOAs
-Must notify within an hour of delivery (based on the time that FedEx provides)
-Email or text photos of the animal within the hour
-All guarantees are null and void if these conditions are not met

All sales are final
