Store Policy

PennyWise Exotics policy-. All Shipping is done through Shipyourreptiles (FedEx). Shipping days will be determined on a mutual date between P&W and the buyer. We will only ship within the continental US and when weather is permitting. We will not ship in inclement weather under 40 and will determine if it will be safe to ship with a cool pack for temperatures over 85 degrees. Reptiles will NOT be shipped out if the following apply; snake is clouded (in shed), under 75 grams (juvenile hatchlings), currently off feed. My snakes health/safety takes number one priority no matter what! We guarantee 100% live arrival when shipment is delivered to the customers door and customer is present at time of delivery or when picked up at their local FedEx facility. In a case of DOA (dead on arrival) customer MUST be present for first attempt at home delivery or pick up the purchased reptile within 3 hours of availability for HUB deliveries. Customer must also provide video AND photo evidence as well. If the customer is found not to be at fault the reptile will be replaced or customer refunded. We are not responsible for lost or late shipments. Insurance is available at the customer’s request and expense through Shipyourreptiles. (Local Pickup always available). Reptiles have a 7 day health guarantee, when you receive your reptile please look over the reptile and if anything seems off DO NOT hesitate to contact me! If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase (Due to Medical reasons i.e.. mites, RI etc.) the reptile can be returned and payment refunded (shipping Payment NON-refundable) shipping at buyers cost.
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, Vemo, Zelle, Cash is also accepted for local pick-up in the Hampton Roads, VA area. Payment plans are available for purchases with a 25% NON-refundable deposit. Payment plans are negotiated on an individual basis between the buyer and P&W.
