Store Policy
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG):
All animals purchased come with a live arrival guarantee. Shipping is done through Reptiles2You overnight. This charge can range between $45-$110 dollars depending upon location, quotes are given on an individual basis with a zip code. While we prefer/ highly recommend having our animals held at the nearest FedEx hub, we know that isn't always a viable option. If the animal is to be delivered to your doorstep, it MUST be delivered on first attempt and signed for. If no one is there to receive them the LAG is voided. If there is a problem, like
dead on arrival (DOA), we must be notified within 2 hours of the reported arrival time with picture or video proof of the dead gecko for a refund to be issued. I know life gets busy, but it is always greatly appreciated when people message us saying they arrived safe and sound! While
silence is always taken a "good sign" getting a little message puts our worries at ease! This guarantee is void for international shipments, that is done at the risk of the buyer and no geckos under 10 grams shall be shipped overseas.
Health Guarantee:
All geckos sold come with a two week health guarantee as well as a lifetime of support from us. Since we cannot control precisely how our geckos are housed and taken care of once they leave us, it is imperative that if your gecko seems to be acting "wrong" or "off" that you inform us right away. Even after the guaranteed time period has passed our number one priority is the health and longevity of the animals. We can help recommend vets, diets, calcium supplements etc. Again, never hesitate to ask us a question!
Color Guarantee:
We try our absolute best to accurately portray to colors of our animals when taking pictures. Pictures are mostly taken when the geckos are in their "fired up" state, meaning at their most colorful. We are more than happy to provide "fired down" pictures, extra pictures, etc. Just ask! Although be sure to give us time to reply with the request, sometimes we can take them right that minute, other times it may take a couple days. You must also realize that when geckos are shipped they sometimes (but not often) will fire up a completely new shade that we have never seen before! This will happen sometimes with younger geckos especially, a grey or brown may show it's true red colors after being in a deli cup so long! We cannot be responsible for that, but otherwise promise to accurately portray the geckos to the best of our abilities. Please note, we cannot guarantee what the animal will look like as it becomes older. While we can give you our best guess, we are not held responsible if the animal does not show qualities you are looking for as it ages.
Payment Plans, Holds, and Deposits:
A gecko may be placed on hold for a 25% non-refundable deposit. This is to ensure that you are
serious about purchasing the animal. Payment plans can be made on a case by case basis, just
message us and I am sure we can work something out! We understand times are tough and that
pets are a luxury. We would rather have someone save up and be all ready for their new pet than
just purchase the animal because they are afraid it is going to be purchased before they can get it!
