Store Policy
ALL INVOICES WILL HAVE A 6% SALES TAX ADDED ON.
We ship Monday through Wednesday weather and holidays permitting. We will hold off shipping if we feel it is not safe enough for the animal/corals to travel. We guarantee live arrival, sex of animal (if listed and sexable), and genetics to the best of our ability. If you do not pick up your animal within three hours after delivery to a FedEx hub or opened within an hour of arrival to your home, we will not cover or refund you for a DOA. Please provide clear photos and video of the packaging and animal in cases of DOA. No proof of DOA means no refund/replacement. We can also provide a replacement if one is available. If there is a physical problem with your animal, please notify us within 24 hours of arrival by calling us at 757-499-9689.
Please realize our live arrival guarantee on corals only covers LIVE ARRIVAL. We do not guarantee success in your ability to manage corals. We, however, are open to conversations to help and guide you in the right direction for proper care and optimal success in keeping them properly. Several things impact the success of your corals such as environmental elements, substrates, temperature, lighting, and quality of filters.
Things that are not covered under warranty:
• “I didn’t know it would get this big."
• Cohabitation.
• Improper handling.
• Improper husbandry.
• Incorrect diet.
• Compatibility – If your parent/guardian/ spouse is not O.K. with the animal. Animals can bite when they’re scared, and as such the warranty is not valid if it bites you and you no longer want it.
• Buyers Remorse is not covered.
Payments are made via a PayPal invoice. You do NOT have to have PayPal you can pay however you’d like. The invoice arrives to your email. If a payment plan is established, we require a 25% deposit which is nonrefundable/nontransferable.
We entertain offers, but we do not offer payment plans on discounts. If you make an offer, we ask that it is cash and carry. Payment plans are happily done on full price and as follows. We do not accept payment over the phone.
Purchases from $100-$499.99 qualify for a 30 day payment plan.
Purchases from $500.00-$999.99 qualify for a 60 day payment plan.
Purchases above $1,000.00 qualify for a 90 day payment plan.
Coral purchases must equal $100 or more to qualify for shipping. However, in-store pick-up is allowed and encouraged and no minimum purchase is required.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
