Live arrival guarantee. Video must be taken within 2 hours of delivered reptile on its back showing it is clearly dead to get full refund. Delivered time is the time fed ex sends out notification saying that recipient has picked up package or package was delivered.
Once a deposit has been made it is non refundable, so please make sure your certain of purchasing animal before committing to purchase.
