Store Policy
*WHEN MAKING A PAYMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, ALL SALES FINAL*
_PAYMENTS_
We accept payments paid in cash or through paypal (friends and family), zelle, Venmo and Morphpay which includes debit, credit and Apple Pay.
_PAYMENT PLANS_
We can arrange payment plans with reptiles $200 and up. A minimum deposit must be made in order to hold the reptile and begin a payment plan. The minimum deposit is 25% from entire purchase excluding shipping. If shipping is needed, it must be paid in full. Once payment plan is arranged, buyer will have 60 days to complete the purchase. If at the end of the 60 days we have not received a payment, we will try to get in contact with you to determine if an extension is needed. If all attempts of contact have been made and no reply or payment has been received within 3 days, the payment plan will be considered forfeited and lost. The reptile will be put back up for sale and I will not reward credit for previous payments. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE! If in the event you decide you want a different reptile, a one time credit can be used with payments received, but difference must be paid in full or in payments.
I am NOT responsible for 3rd party payment contacts. If someone else pays for your reptile and is put on a payment plan, you are responsible to be in contact with them to send payments on time. If there are any issues, they must get in contact with me ASAP. That person MUST be at least 18 years or older. Failure to do so may forfeit the sale and you may lose your payments.
Payment plans made during winter or summer holds have the option to pay in full when the holds are over, but a deposit of 25% is still required to hold.
_LOCALS_
Buyers who live in the area are welcome to pick up fully paid or planned to pay in full reptiles at locations agreed upon. We do require a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE "holding fee". This holding fee will be added to your purchase. If buyer needs more than a week, then full payment is required or payment plan can be arranged with the 25% deposit. The $20 can be used toward the deposit.
_HEALTH GUARANTEE_
All reptiles come with a 7 day health guarantee. If reptile was shipped, in order for your health guarantee to be honored, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your reptile along with a quick picture of the reptiles condition. Failure to do so will void your guarantee. A basic care and what to expect pamphlet can be included with your reptile purchase, just make sure to ask. Please make sure to read it as soon as you receive your reptile. If in the unlikely event the reptile becomes sick, dies on arrival or dies within the 7 days, please contact me IMMEDIATELY! I will require evidence of the reptiles condition and if you had the reptile within the 7 days, evidence of housing setup and husbandry. The health guarantee does NOT cover injuries, sickness or death due to improper care or husbandry. Dropped tails are not considered injuries for crested geckos, for this is very common for the species and sometimes for blue tongue skinks as well if they are too stressed during shipping. If evidence shows the reptile was in proper conditions and was cared for properly, credit will be rewarded for a replacement reptile and if shipping is needed, it will be paid at our expense or a refund maybe issued.
_SHIPPING_
We ship through FEDEX via Reptiles2you priority overnight only. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $65. Ship days are Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY. Shipping will be determined when temperatures are right on both sides and any location it will pass through. Appropriate shipping temperatures range in high 86 degrees and low of 35 degrees. If temperatures are NOT in that range, your reptile can be held at a shipping center or will be held until temperatures are deemed appropriate at no extra cost to you. Please be aware that during summer and winter months, you may need to wait up to 4 or more months. Once date is set to ship, please make sure your home to receive your reptile. If you like your reptile to be held at a shipping center, please notify me when setting up ship date, you must be able to pick up the reptile before the center closes and be prepared to show ID matching the shipping label.
If a reptile is paid with Morphpay, same terms apply. A message will be sent to you after the purchase was made to determine shipping dates.
