Family based hobbyist with the passion for reptiles big and small. Main focus is ball pythons and ensuring all animals are in prestigious condition in our care and our customers care. 15+ years of experience, Herpetology Diploma for personal education and hopefully to educate others.
Store Policy
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, PayPal, bank transfer and are looking into other payment platforms. In order to avoid adding credit card or PayPal transaction fees to the price of the animal, we recommend that customers use the PayPal Friends & Family option when making payment. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final. We hold animals for 10days without a deposit but to hold an animal for 30 days (this includes the 10days with none) we will need a 20% non refundable deposit. Payment plans over 3 installments can be arranged for animals over £500
If you go over the 30days for payment and collection there will be a £20 late fee and every day you go over after that will be another £5 a day.

Currently we are also only allowing auctions for customers based locally to us. All auction winners must pay for and collect the animal within 48hours of winning.
All snakes are guaranteed to be healthy. No snake will be sold before we are confident in it feeding, shedding and excreta. All Python Regius ( Ball Pyhtons / Royal Pythons ) they have to strike feed frozen thawed rats at least seven times in a row without a food refusal. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us within 48 hours after collection or delivery. All snakes we sell are sexed by popping, however this gives no guarantee. It is up to the new owner to check the gender. If we make a mistake about the gender, contact us within 48 hours with photographic or video proof of the snake being sexed. If an animal dies within the 48 hours of your care please contact us and then get a vet to verify that it died due to an illness that we couldn't pick up on. Anything after 48hours we assume it was down to bad husbandry from the buyer. We will come up with a solution that will hopefully satisfy you. After 48 hours all liability expires. We will never take back a purchased snake, this is to protect our collection from contagious diseases.
Genetics
Only recessive genetics have a 100% gaurentee all others are identified to the best of our ability. All pairings are listed in the information of the animals.
Local collection is always accepted but please arrange with us the exact time and date for your pick up.
We use Reptile Hunters as our courier to the Hamm shows. For prices to Hamm please contact us.
