Payments & Shipping Info: Payments can be made via Paypal. Domestic shipping in U.S. Only via FedEx. We highly recommend holding for pickup at your local FedEx Hub.
Please include the following with your payment:
1) The ID# of each animal you're purchasing.
2) Your Full Name, Shipping Address, Contact Phone # and Email Address
3) Please include the shipping amount with your purchase.
The above information must be included to ensure proper and timely delivery. Please allow 24 hours for your payment to clear. We ship on Tuesdays to ensure timely delivery from FedEx with typical arrival by Wednesday. If weather conditions are not optimal we will work with you on scheduling the best delivery date and time for the safety of the animal.
Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis. A minimum of 25% deposit on total purchase is required with full payment within 60 days.
Combined shipping is available for multiple snake purchases.
Payments may be transferred to other snakes at our discretion but are non-refundable.
Health Guarantee & Returns: We guarantee animals will arrive 100% healthy with a full refund and return (FRR) via FedEx. We will cover the cost of the return. Animal must be returned in order to receive a full refund, and any health claims must be made within 4 hours of arrival with a 1 week return period.
