Store Policy

PAYMENTS: If you have found your new Prehistoric Pet, send us a message. We will need a couple pieces of information from you. We send an invoice to your email and balance can be paid through there. We do all our transactions via Square. WE DO NOT use Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc... All payments must be done through Square. Only exception is cash for in-store purchases.

SHIPPING: Once ordered is placed we will contact you to arrange shipping, your animal with not ship without prior notification.We ship FEDEX Next-Day with most deliveries by 10:30AM. Overnight low temperatures must be above 40 degrees and daytime high must be below 90. WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIPPING ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY (OVERNIGHT). On the date of delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to be at the “ship to” address. If the shipment is not received at first delivery attempt, all expressed warranties are void. Prehistoric Pets is not responsible or liable for shipping address errors due to customer negligence. Animals will not be left at a shipping address without a receipt signature.

GUARANTEE: All animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, healthy and accurately match any description and/or pictures sent to customer prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon. We do not guarantee animal and do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, don't want to wait for safe shipping conditions, can't complete your payment plan, etc.

ARRIVAL: Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. If we have not heard from you within 24 hours of you receiving your shipment, we will consider your transaction complete and all responsibility is transferred to the purchaser.

REFUNDS: In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, proof will be required. Please contact us immediately and do not dispose of the animal before contact. Animals DOA will be replaced or credit issued at our discretion.Authorized refunds will be offered in the form of a replacement animal or equivalent credit towards animal(s) of your choice. Payments and deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal(s) as agreed upon. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the animal does not arrive at the scheduled FEDEX delivery time.

LEGISLATION: Prehistoric Inc. is not liable or responsible for failure to meet local, state, or federal regulations. If payment is completed and it is later discovered the animal is not permitted in your area the animal will not be shipped and a minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.

PAYMENT PLANS: We do not offer payment plan options for purchases under $500. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any payments made after deposit will only be refundable as store credit if needed. We offer 30/60/90 day payment plans. For purchases $500-$1500 we offer a 30 day payment plan option with a 25% deposit. For purchases $1501-$2500 we offer a 60 day payment plan option with a 25% deposit. And for purchases over $2500 we offer a 90 day payment plan option with a 25% deposit. Buyer must make a payment every two weeks.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
