Store Policy
All animals sold are healthy, eating well and as advertised. EFT, cash or payment plans accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit required in order to have an animal placed on hold.
International Shipping:
No International shipping.
National Shipping:
Prices exclude transport costs if necessary. We unfortunately do not ship to Provinces where permits are required unless the buyer arranges their own permit. Transport to other regions can however be easily and safely arranged via Bid-Air Pet lounge for purchases over R5,000. Please however note that this comes at an additional cost which needs to be taken into consideration by the buyer and animals will need to be collected at the receiving Bid-Air Pet lounge at the respective airport on the same day they are sent.
Courier companies do not courier live reptiles in South Africa. However if you are able to arrange collection and delivery with a third party this can be done at the buyer's risk.
