Payment Plan Policy for Project Morphs:
• Project Morphs may offer Payment Plans at our discretion, but their availability is not assured for every transaction.
• A down payment, amounting to 25% of the animal's listed price, is required to initiate any Payment Plan. This down payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Payment Plans, if approved, have a maximum duration of 90 days.
• All installments made during the Payment Plan period are non-refundable.
• Failure to complete the full payment within the 90-day timeframe will result in the buyer relinquishing all rights to the animal. Additionally, any payments made up to that point will be retained by Project Morphs and will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy for Project Morphs:
• All shipments will be sent via a reputable reptile shipping service.
• We only ship to FedEx Shipping Hubs for Recipient pickup.
• Animals shipped by Project Morphs will not be shipped to any residential address.
• We only ship Priority Overnight, and we only ship out Animals on Tuesdays for Recipient pickup on the following Wednesday.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring they are available to receive the shipment on the agreed-upon delivery date.
• Project Morphs is not responsible for any late, held, delayed, damaged, or lost packages.
• Project Morphs is not responsible for any mis-deliveries.
• Recipient error in choosing their nearest FedEx Shipping Hub address is their sole responsibility.
• We DO NOT SHIP if temperatures at either the origin or the destination are 35 degrees Fahrenheit & below, or 95 degrees Fahrenheit and above.
• Project Morphs is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping service or due to weather conditions.
• All shipments will be insured for the value of the animal. Any claims for damages during shipping must be made directly with the shipping service.
• All shipping and insurance costs fall under the buyer's responsibility, unless explicitly specified otherwise by Project Morphs.
Return Policy for Project Morphs:
• All sales are final. Once the snake has been purchased and delivered to the buyer, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances. The buyer acknowledges and agrees to this no-return policy prior to completing the purchase.
• No refunds will be provided.
• Buyers must collect the animal from the designated FedEx Shipping Hub within two hours of the shipping carrier marking it as “Ready for Pickup.”
• Should any issues arise upon the animal's reception, the buyer is required to notify Project Morphs within one hour, accompanied by photographic or video evidence of the concern.
Terms and Conditions for Project Morphs:
• By purchasing from Project Morphs, the buyer agrees to the terms set forth in this document.
• The buyer assumes all responsibility for the care and well-being of the animal once it is received.
• The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Project Morphs from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the purchase, shipping, and care of the animal.
• Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or legal action, with the buyer responsible for all associated costs.
