I was hooked on snakes from the moment I bought my first ball python in 2004. For the next 8 years, I kept anything and everything just for fun but had no real projects or specific direction. I founded Project Python in 2012 and dedicated myself to producing great animals and providing the best customer service. I'm currently working with Ball Pythons, Angolan Pythons, and a few species of Kings and Milks.
Store Policy

By purchasing an animal from Project Python LLC, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
• No sales to minors.
• I accept Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, CashApp, and Zelle. Cash OK for shows/pickup. If you do not have paypal, let me know and I can provide you with a paypal invoice with no obligation to create an account.
• Paypal users who select eCheck as their payment method should expect to wait the 7-10 days for the payment to clear before coordinating a ship date or taking delivery of the animal(s).
• If you are a first time customer who is picking up your snake in person, you will be required to pay in full before pickup.
• Sending a message indicating your intent to purchase an animal does not obligate me to put it “on hold.” No animal will be held unless I have received full payment or a non-refundable deposit of at least 20% of the price, excluding shipping charges. Unless you have arranged for a payment plan, I will assume that a shipping date will be coordinated as soon as possible.
• Payment plans are available for any animal priced at $600 or greater, with a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance is due in 45 days or less, which may be extended to 60 days at my discretion.
ANIMAL ATTRIBUTES
• I guarantee that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
• I guarantee that the animal is sexed correctly. If the animal is mis-sexed, you must notify me within 7 days for a refund or if possible, replacement. After 7 days, this guarantee is void.
• I guarantee the genetic traits of every animal, excluding any trait that I have listed as "possible." Possible heterozygous traits are listed accurately but I do not offer refunds or replacements if a "possible het" does not genetically prove out.
HEALTH
• I guarantee that the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
• I am not responsible for animal temperament.
• I will make a reasonable effort to assist customers with basic husbandry questions and troubleshooting. Customers who choose to engage in the practice of housing ball pythons in large glass aquariums should understand the potential for problems related to stress, feeding, and temperature/humidity control.
• If I determine that the customer lacks the proper experience or facilities to care for an animal, the transaction will be terminated.
SHIPPING
• I prefer to ship to Fed Ex locations instead of residences.
• Unless you live in the Mid-Atlantic region, you should expect that shipping will be between $50 and $75. California/Washington customers, please be aware that coast to coast shipping can be as high as $85.
• I no longer ship on Mondays. The chance of delay is too high. If this does not work for you, consider contacting a breeder in your local area.
• Shipments are dropped off Tuesday and Wednesday nights at my local Fed Ex (Herndon, VA 20171). You will receive a tracking number after drop-off if I have not sent it to you earlier in the day.
OTHER
• Harassment and/or lowballing will not be tolerated and will result in a closing of the message thread.
• I do not accept trades for other animals. My collection is pretty much closed. If you would like to offer a trade deal for tangible goods, please contact me via email ([email protected])
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to me directly via phone or email to discuss. Social media rampages rarely result in constructive solutions and can cause unnecessary damage to both buyer and seller reputations.
