Payment
At this time we are only accepting Credit Cards, Checks and Zelle Wire Transfer as viable payment options.
All animals in our inventory under $1000 can be secured for a maximum 30 Day holding period upon receipt of full payment including shipping charges. All animals over $1000 can be secured for a maximum of 30 days with a minimum 50% down payment. At the end of the 30 Day hold the balance must be paid in full. All $1000+ animals ship for free.
Genetics
99% Genetic Combo Guarantee- We do our absolute best to ensure genetic accuracy when labeling our animals, however our collection is highly diverse and some heavily loaded combo animals have the potential to include or exclude a slight or insignificant gene not identified in the Ad. If you are unsure about the genetics listed please contact us before sending payment for a comprehensive analysis. All heterozygous recessive genetics are 100% guaranteed unless otherwise labeled as a "Possible Het". All animals pictured in each Ad are the exact one for sale, no exceptions.
Animal Health
All of our available animals will be shipped after no less than four meals and will be established on live rat pups.
We guarantee your animal will be healthy and functioning properly upon arrival, although after customer receipt we are no longer fiscally responsible for the possible demise of your new animal regarding factors beyond our control.
Spider Wobble- We cannot guarantee that any animal we sell containing the spider gene will not develop a neurological "wobble" defect at some point in it's life. That is the nature of the mutation and by purchasing a spider ball python from us you acknowledge these unfortunate possibilities. Any available spider ball python that already has a visible "wobble" condition in our care will be advertised as such.
Shipping
Live arrival guarantee shipping through Ship Your Reptiles (ONLY WHEN AVAILABLE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU) We prefer hub pickup shipments to ensure the safety of our animals and your new snake, if this is not an option for you we will work closely to pick the best date for a residential shipment, We ship our animals on Tuesdays or Wednesdays only due to the turbulent nature of the FedEx hub system. Shipping only available when weather permits, 90 degrees and up at either origin or destination, we do not ship, 40 degrees and below at either origin or destination, we do not ship. Under no circumstances will any animals ship without receipt of full payment including shipping charges. Live arrival guarantee is voided two hours after confirmed arrival at the FedEx hub, please pick up your shipment as soon as possible to avoid issues.
When purchasing an animal from us or any other breeder it is important to remember the welfare of that animal comes first above all else. Please do not purchase a snake if you are not prepared to keep it and maintain it properly. We will in no way compensate any customer for potential Veterinary costs under any circumstances. Please be responsible.
