I am a dedicated hobbyist who has been keeping and breeding snakes in the Pacific Northwest for over two decades, and I have great pride in the animals I keep. I maintain a modestly sized and varied collection, which allows me the time to provide the utmost care and focus for every animal I offer for sale.
Store Policy
Health: All animals are guaranteed to be captive bred, disease and parasite free, and feeding regularly on frozen/thawed rodents unless specifically noted otherwise. Live arrival is guaranteed. Due to the fact that we have no control over the animals treatment or husbandry once it leaves our care, we are unable to offer any extended guarantees beyond live and healthy arrival. Any issues must be reported within 6 hours of the animal being available for pickup at your local FedEx facility.
Payment: PayPal, Square, and Venmo are all acceptable forms of payment, however other services/methods may be permitted on a case by case basis. Full payment must be received and funds cleared prior to the animal being shipped. Payment plans are available on animals priced at $400 and above, requiring a 25% non-refundable deposit. Remaining payment, including shipping, must be paid in full within 6 weeks from date of deposit.
Cancellations: Buyers cancelling a sale after payment is received or failing to complete the agreed upon payment plan will forfeit any partial or full payments made up to that point.
Shipping: We ship via FedEx priority overnight to your local FedEx ship center. Live arrival is guaranteed if picked up within 6 hours of arriving at the FedEx facility. Notification of deceased animals must be made via e-mail immediately, to include photographic proof. Animals will only be shipped during appropriate weather conditions, which will be at our discretion; delays in shipping due to weather will not serve as a reasonable basis for order cancellation/refund, and will be subject to the cancellation policy noted above.
Sex: We guarantee the sex of every animal we sell, unless otherwise noted. If you dispute the sex of an animal that you have been sold, you have 6 months from the date you receive it to contact us for resolution. Because we cannot guarantee our ability to offer fair resolution/compensation outside of this time frame, we urge all buyers to verify sex of an animal upon receipt, either personally, or utilizing an experienced keeper or qualified veterinarian.

Wholesale Policy
Wholesale price applies to groups of 6 or more animals of the same species, when wholesale price is available. Listed flat rate shipping applies on up to 10 animals, message for shipping quote for additional animals.
