Python Passion believes in quality animals, not quantity. Our breeder animals are carefully selected for their color and/or pattern; we are not looking for the cheapest breeders we can find, we look for the highest quality breeders we can find. We are reptile hobbyists and we are not in this to make profit. This is something we do because we love the animal and breeding them is a joy to us. Any money we bring in goes back into caging, food, equipment, etc. for our collection.

We do offer multi-animal discounts*. If purchasing more than one animal from us at a time, you'll save $25.00 per animal (on animals priced at $100 or more). In addition, we offer free shipping on orders totaling $1,000.00 or more.

Store Policy
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read these terms and conditions before purchasing an animal from us.
All animals are guaranteed to be feeding at the point of sale unless otherwise noted.
Prices are in U.S. Dollars; we are unable to ship outside of the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Payment plans are accepted on animals or orders totaling $300 or more. Discounts are not applicable to animals or orders placed on a payment plan.
In order to reserve an animal, a 25% non-refundable deposit may be made by the customer, and the animal must be paid for, in full, within three (3) months. If the animal is not paid for within three (3) months, you forfeit your reserve on it. All animals must be paid for in full before the animal will be shipped. If for some reason we are unable to supply you with the reserved animal, we will refund your deposit. This is the only time we will refund your deposit!
We do not accept deposits on animals not yet produced.
Payment: Our preferred payment method is Square Invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via Square Card processing. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks through the mail.
We use FedEx Priority Overnight services for shipping ball pythons, and shipping generally ranges between $40-150 depending on your distance from east Tennessee (though most average around $80). We are directly certified with FedEx for live reptile shipments and we do not go through a third party shipper. Any "shipping discounts" offered by a third party will not apply to us, since we do not use the service. Using a third party shipper violates our legal agreement with FedEx and only covers the third party (not us) in the event of an issue when shipping.
All live animal shipments are sent with direct signature required, so you MUST be present to sign for the box.
Python Passion is not responsible for mishandling, damage, theft, or loss due to any courier. We reserve the right to use the courier we feel is best.
We will not ship live animals in the last two weeks leading up to Christmas due to the volume of packages handled by couriers during that time often results in live animal packages being mishandled.
We reserve the right to postpone shipping due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen event at our discretion. We will not ship when overnight low temperatures in either the origin or destination are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, nor will we ship if daytime highs are above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The animal's safety and overall well-being is what is most important. FedEx only allows for live animal shipments to be sent Monday-Wednesday.
In the event that the animal arrives to you deceased, we must be notified within two (2) hours of arrival, and photos must be included. The deceased animal may be required to be returned to us at our expense. Once it is determined that the animal did arrived deceased, or the animal is returned, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price or may elect to choose another available animal of equal value. However, if any animal is not picked up and Python Passion notified of any problems within two (2) hours of arrival, this guarantee is forfeited. Guarantee is also forfeited if someone is not available to accept the package on the first delivery attempt. We ship all ball pythons with direct signature required, so you must be present to sign for the box.
We also guarantee the health of our animals for 72 hours after arrival. After this time, it is impossible for us to determine exactly what conditions the animal was kept in, and we cannot extend our guarantee past this point.
