Terms of Sale

These are the terms and conditions of sale for RAD Reptiles. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All animals are packed according to best practices with a heat pack or cool pack as necessary via Fed-Ex next day morning delivery. RAD Reptiles will only ship to a FedEx hub in which the animal is picked up by the recipient. Live arrival is guaranteed only if the package is picked up by the end of the day. RAD Reptiles is not responsible for any delivery delays. Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to Fed-Ex at time of receipt and then immediately to RAD Reptiles. In the event of a death on arrival (DOA) the recipient must notify RAD Reptiles within 1 hour of the delivery time. Additionally, the recipient may be asked to preserve the animal and/or send photos as proof of death. The recipient may be asked to ship the animal back to RAD Reptiles or to send photos as proof of death prior to a refund or replacement of the animal.

Shipping is done on Monday through Wednesday. RAD Reptiles usually ships in accordance with Ship Your Reptiles recommendations, but reserves the right to withhold shipment of any animal until appropriate conditions are available.

Payment plans will only be made available on sales greater than $400 and must include a non-refundable (but transferable) 25% minimum deposit. All payment plans must be paid off completely within 60 days.

​Deposits are Non-Refundable, but are transferable. If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market. If it should sell before you pay off the animal, you can transfer your total payments to another animal, or receive a refund LESS your deposit.

Unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in advance (and in writing), RAD Reptiles guarantees that all animals are healthy (to the best of our knowledge) and feeding at the time of sale. Once the animal is in the recipient’s care, RAD Reptiles ceases to be responsible for the health of the animal. If there are issues, please contact RAD Reptiles as soon as possible and we can work on resolving the care issue.

Sex of the animal is guaranteed for seven days. This means that it is the recipient’s responsibility to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt.

All animals are guaranteed feeding unless listed and sold as a non-feeding animal. Any animal sold as non-feeding still carries the live arrival guarantee.

RAD Reptiles reserves the right to refuse a sale for any reason. All sales are final. Sales will not be made to persons 18 years or younger unless parental consent is given.

The legality of owning a reptile in your state and/or city is your responsibility. We do our very best to check up on local laws, but it is not possible for RAD Reptiles to know the laws of every county and city. We will not break any laws, regardless of personal thoughts on the matter.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
