Rainfall Reptiles Store Policy

All animals are shipped using FedEx overnight shipping. Animals are only shipped Monday-Thursday. Shipping is $60.00 regardless of location or quantity to most states in U.S. *Extra shipping charges may occur due to amount/quantity or weight. Signatures are required. Please know that available snakes are on a first come, first serve basis. If your interested in a snake and no hold/deposit is in place, the snake will stay available on Morph Market.

*Health Certificates: Georgia, Idaho, Montana, Ohio, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia have laws/regulations that require a health certificate for live reptiles being shipped into their state, so please be advised that if you are located in any one of these states, there will be a $20 fee added to cover the cost for the Health Certificate/Exam.

**Payment plans and 30-day holds are available upon request. Plans/Holds require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment towards the total cost. If deposit is forfeited for any reason, customer may use the deposit amount on a future purchase, of greater value, within a 3 month period of initial deposit. All items will be held until paid IN FULL before being shipped out. ($800.00 minimum value on payment plans unless other arrangements discussed prior to purchase.)

***ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No Returns! No Cash Refunds (unless an event occurring with a D.O.A). In the event there is a confirmed issue with the health of your snake(s) please notify us within a timely manner to discuss options 239-920-1289. Live arrival is guaranteed, but in the event there is a D.O.A, notify right away. Replacement snake of same sex/genetics can be offered, if available or a refund will be given.
