We are a family run small business specializing in ball pythons, with the intent to expand into other reptiles in the near future.
Store Policy
We guarantee live arrival, when shipping in weather between 32 and 92 degrees.
Any issues with the animal must be brought to our attention within 1hr of receiving the animal if you fail to do so any replacement and or refund will be denied. A failed attempt at delivery by the shipping company voids live arrival guarantee. An animal held for pick up at a shipping facility must be picked up within 2 hours of notification that the animal is "ready for pickup" After 2 hours the live animal arrival guarantee is void. You must provide a video of unboxing upon receiving, if you do not provide this all guarantees are void and replacement and or refund will not be supplied.
All snakes that are listed as HET are 100% guaranteed to carry said gene
Payment plans can be arranged with an initial 25% down. Full payment must be received within 60 days or forfeit the initial 25%. Payment must be received in full before the snake will be shipped.
