Payment
Forms of payment we accept are: Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, Credit Card over the phone, Check and Money Order.
We prefer to be paid all at once and offer discounts to customers that pay all at once how ever if you would like to purchase an animal on a payment plan these are the guidelines we are currently using.
We offer returning customers discounts on any animal we sell. Just remind us of what you purchased and we will reduce the purchase price of the animal you are looking at.
Payment Plans
Purchase Price
$500 and under 30 day terms 50% Deposit and balance paid by 30 days
$500-$1,000 60 day terms 33% Deposit, 33% at 30 days and last 33% paid by the end of 60 days
$1,000-$3,000 90 day terms 25% Deposit, then 25% is due every 30 days. Balance to be paid by end of 90 days
$3000+ terms can be negotiated and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless I can not produce the animal you selected. Deposits will be forfeited, and any payments made past that will be issued a store credit towards a future purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. When you make a deposit, we remove that animal from our for sale ads.
Shipping
Please send your zip code for a shipping quote. On orders over $1000 shipping is included in the price.
Are boxes are insured and a donation is made to USARK with every box we ship.
Currently we are only shipping out Tuesday for Wednesday or Wednesday for Thursday. Shipping is only from hub to hub due to COVID-19 and delays in shipping. We insure all our shipments thru ship your reptiles and follow their guidelines when shipping. Shipping is at our discretion with regards to weather. Shipping will only take place if both my daytime temperatures and your daytime temperatures are at least 38 degrees and not hotter than 95 degrees. Any Issues upon arrival need to be reported to R and R Boas within 4 hours of the FedEx time stamp.
Guarantees
We guarantee our animals will
• Arrive alive and in good health
• Correctly sexed
• Genetics are correct as advertised
• Exact animal as advertised
We also guarantee that our animals will feed readily when provided a favorable environment. Our health guarantee is valid for 14 days from arrival. Any issues should be reported to R and R Boas as soon as possible. After the 14 day period we will assist you the best we can to help you with any issues that arise but we are not responsible for any cost that is incurred but the current owner. These are exotic animals an things can go wrong without warning, please understand this before purchasing.
