Store Policy
* We have a no return policy. Please be sure of your purchase and ask questions before you buy.
* Health certificates from a licensed veterinarian are available upon request for a $100 fee.
* All animals have arrive alive guarantee. This guarantee only extends to the shipping period and is void once the buyer takes possession of the animal. It only covers the cost of the animal and not the shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Animals MUST be shipped to hubs to guarantee. Should the animal arrive dead, we will need you to provide a picture of the deceased animal and contact us immediately. You are required to contact the hub prior to shipment to ensure they are willing to accept packages containing live animals. Animal must be picked up within two hours of the package becoming available at FedEx hub to qualify for the arrive alive guarantee. If animal arrives deceased, an animal of equal value and genetics will be shipped as a replacement.
* Payment is due prior to shipment unless other arrangements have been made.
* Buyer is responsible for checking the regulations in thier area to ensure the legal possession of any animal purchased. While we strive to be as accurate in our sexing as possible, baby hognose sexing is very difficult without genetic testing. We will gladly work with any buyer to resolve any issues with incorrect sex being shipped. If a snake is to be returned due to incorrect sexing, shipping will be the buyers responsibility. we will genetically test the snake and confirm the sex. If the sex was correct, return shipping back to the buyer will be the responsibility of the buyer. If a new snake of equal genetics and value is to be shipped, we will pay return shipping to the buyer due to our error.
