Store Policy
There is a $75 flat rate shipping price for all orders unless specifically stated otherwise for reasons of weight and size of shipment. All reptiles will be shipped Overnight Priority mail through FedEx. Live arrival guaranteed if shipped to a HUB. For shipping full name, address, phone number, and email address are needed. We will not send out any animals for shipping until we have contacted you and confirmed a shipping date. In the case of DOA we will require a photo or video (if requested) of the animal within an hour of delivery to the FedEx shipping center. From there we will replace your animal with an animal of equal value and if an animal of equal value is not available then a refund (excludes the cost of shipping) will be issued. Sex is guaranteed for all animals. In the case of miss sexed animals we require photo/video evidence within 24 hours upon which the animal will be exchanged or returned in the same way as a DOA. We will verify that the weather will be safe for the animal to ship. If not we will coordinate with you the best time to ship. I will only ship on Mondays through Wednesdays unless there is a holiday.
All animals are on a first come first serve basis. I do take payment plans on individual basis. We do require a 25% non refundable deposit on all payment plans.
I accept Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo. I can even do credit/debit cards through invoices.
-No animal will be shipped prior to being paid for in full.
-I do not charge any maintenance charge of any kind while I clean, feed and care for your animal till you complete your payment plan as agreed.
