Store Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. These animals require specific care, please do your research and not purchase an animal before doing so! Payment plans are only available to animals with a $200 or more total value. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to initiate the payment plan. This non-refundable deposit is used to remove the animal from the market and give it the necessities it needs before going to its new home. Payment plans must be completed within 30 days of placing the hold. Failure to finish payment will lead to refunding the rest of the deposit (not including the non-refundable deposit). The hold cannot be transferred to another animal.
Animals may be shipped (weather permitting; 40F-90F). I only ship to the United States, specifically the lower 48 continental states. Will ship on Monday-Wednesday and will arrive to a FedEx Hub by the next day. Live arrival via shipping cannot be guaranteed. If animal is dead on arrival (DOA) via shipping, we will either offer credit (not including shipping) or a replacement animal (must pay for shipping). However, animals must be unboxed within an hour of arrival to confirm DOA for credit/replacement to be offered. Animals can also be picked up locally. Live arrival via local pickup is guaranteed. We don't offer a guarantee in the event an animal dies after being picked up locally. We are also not liable for any dropped tails or injuries during travel.
We offer a 5-day health guarantee. Animals that are passed away due to injuries, illnesses, or diseases (within the 5-day period) caused by our care will be provided multiple options. We will always be here to help if you would like to keep your animal. If not, we may also offer a replacement (you must pay for shipping) or credit (not including shipping). Those last two options may also be considered in the event the animal dies within that 5-day period. This does not include illness/diseases that occur from improper husbandry, dropped tails, or injuries. We also offer sex guarantee on animals labeled as "Male" or "Female". "Possible Male", "Possible Female", and "Unsexed" individuals are not apart of this sex guarantee. Lastly, we offer a genetics guarantee on animals with clear dominant and recessive genetics. Animals with or without lineage will be labeled as such. With that said, we cannot confirm the visual expression of animals that naturally have a color and/or pattern change as they grow older.
