***TERMS AND CONDITIONS***
By purchasing from Red City Reptiles // Geckos you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed below. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions when inquiring to purchase. Negligence or failure in doing so does not void or alter any of these terms and conditions in any way.

We accept payments through Zelle and PayPal or Venmo Friends and Family. If using PayPal or Venmo as Goods and Services the 3% fee must be added to payment and is to be paid by purchaser. Cash is accepted as well on local pickups.
Payment plans: Payment plans are accepted with 25% down as a nonrefundable deposit and must be paid off within 30 days or 60 days as agreed upon. An animal will not be held without this deposit. The remaining balance must be fulfilled within the agreed upon time of 30 or 60 days from the day the deposit is sent/received. If payment is not fulfilled within the agreed upon time, the sale will be void and the deposit will not be returned. We will not send reminders of payments due. Shipping arrangements will be made after the full balance is received.
SHIPPING: LIVE ARRIVAL IS ONLY GUARANTEED FOR HUB PICK-UP.
Animals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays Only. We do not ship during extreme temperatures (below 38°f or above 90°f) and will hold your animal until there is proper shipping weather.
Local pick up is available, meeting in a public place.
A gecko may drop its tail before, during, or after shipping. Gecko tails are in no way guaranteed. We are not responsible for any issues that arise after an animal arrives because We cannot be held liable for husbandry mistakes or any other accidents/incidents that occur after the animal leaves our care. We are willing to help and answer questions on best practices.
All sales are final with the exception of a DOA (dead on arrival). We must be contacted within 2 hours of the animals arrival to FedEx Hub. Pictures and unboxing video must be provided. Again, live arrival is only guaranteed for Hub pickup and within 2 hours of arrival. We are not responsible for delays. The responsibility of a delay falls onto the carrier service to which a claim can be made.
Sex of baby/juvenile geckos under 20 grams are not guaranteed as they may still be developing but are checked for pores/no pores. Pore checking is not guaranteed and we will not check for further development throughout a payment plan or again before shipping unless requested to do so. Any changes to the animals development (pores/no pores) does not alter the terms and conditions as all sales are final.
Snakes - Sex and Morph are determined to the best of our ability. Snakes are probed sexed. We guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy and correctly sexed. It is buyers responsibility to confirm sex within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not edit the photos and each animal is represented as accurately as possible. Animals will not look the same way at all times. Fired and unfired states can change drastically as well as hues may also vary between different computer & phone screens.
