Store Policy
We Accept Pay Pal and cash app and other safe money transfer methods.
I charge a min of $50 for Fed Ex priority overnight shipping for the lower 48. Some animals and multi animal shipments will weigh more and therefore cost more If your order is over $1000 we will cover up to $100 in shipping costs
Our animals are guaranteed to arrive alive to your chosen fedex shipping facility/hub but must be collected and opened within 1 hour of arriving at hub location and we must be notified within this time if there is an issue with the animal we require an attached photo or video of the animal for refund
we do not guarantee animals delivered to your house or locations other than fedex facilities or shipping centers (we have had animals delivered to home addresses in the past and left out side in the heat or the cold for hours and nearly cost the animal their lives luckily non have died yet but we don’t wanna continue to take that risk)
all snakes over $500 must have insurance if the shipment qualifies this will be added to the shipping cost any deals made with “free shipping” the cost for insurance will not be included if you do not want to pay for insurance when it’s available then please understand your are assuming responsibility for the healthy arrival of your animal in no way does this mean you will be left in the dark holding the bag if something goes wrong we will do everything we can to help find a solution for you we take animal safety very seriously and have steps and methods to ensure a safe arrival and as long as we work together in regards to these safety measures we will always 100% guarantee reimbursement or replacement of injured or dead animals
We do our best to accurately i.d. all of our animals but because of the amount of genes and similarities of genetics in snakes these days we only 100% guarantee sex and recessive traits as a rule if we aren’t sure we don’t list it but mistakes do happen although extremely rare this also means it’s quite possible your animal could contain more genes than advertised for all other policies concerning returns and satisfaction guarantee feel free to contact us a [email protected] or call and text 6788585759
