Store Policy

Shipping is done through SYR and is a flat rate of $60. Shipping is not done Thursdays through Sundays and only if temperatures permitting.
Orders can be combined to save on shipping. Shipping only available in the continental United States.
Live arrival guarantee EXCLUDING carrier delays. Full 7-day health guarantee with approved habitat, food, and care.
DOA must be reported within one hour of delivery and accompanied by video/pictures in order for refund/credit.
Must be 18 years or older or have written parental consent.
Deposits to hold an animal will be at RQG Geckos discretion but will require a NON-refundable 25% deposit.
If you cancel a purchase/request a refund, after payment has been processed, the refund will be 75% of the purchase price (add an additional $50 if the label was purchased) as well on the full purchase price.
