Store Policy
In addition to MorphMarket's Default Store Policy...
Payment plans are available for purchases of $800 or more, and require a 25% deposit, and three 25% payments every two weeks or twice a month thereafter. For purchases over $4000 a longer payment plan may be considered.
Shipping is a flat rate $50 for any number of animals to anywhere in the lower 48. We only ship domestically via FedEx Priority Overnight at this time. We typically only ship on Wednesday night for Thursday arrival. Our $50 flat rate shipping and live arrival guarantee only applies to animals shipped to a FedEx Ship Center for pickup. Due to local laws in the following areas we cannot ship Western Hognose to Colorado, Illinois (without proof of your permit), or Iowa. We do not currently export out of the US.
We guarantee live arrival of animals shipped to a FedEx Ship Center for pickup and picked up the same day it arrives there. The live arrival guarantee expires once the animal is alive and well and in your possession. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer must notify us with a photo within two hours of pickup. We only sell animals that are healthy and regularly feeding on the listed prey item. Babies are not listed for sale until they have had at least five straight frozen/thawed meals without any scenting or other tricks, unless otherwise noted on the listing.
All sales of live animals are final. Redridge Reptiles makes no warranties as to temperament of any animal it sells. As such, by tender of the purchase price, buyer is deemed to have assumed the risk of any danger posed from actions, including but not limited to bites, illness, infections, allergies, scratches, or lacerations caused by the animal.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
