PURCHASE
Full payment for animals and shipping is due before any animal can be shipped. We accept payment via PayPal and Venmo. Payment plans or short-term holds are considered on a case-by-case basis for orders of $500 or more, require a non-refundable 20% deposit, and must be paid in full by the agreed upon date or schedule. Payment plans also require PayPal, for invoice tracking purposes.
SHIPPING
We only ship domestically via FedEx Priority Overnight at this time. We ship on Tuesday night for Wednesday arrival, but orders must be in and fully paid for by Monday afternoon in order to go out that coming Tuesday. Shipping of live animals is also weather dependent and we will work with you to find a safe shipping window for the animal. Our $50 flat rate shipping and our live arrival guarantee only applies to animals shipped to a FedEx Ship Center for pickup. Due to local laws in the following areas we cannot ship Western Hognose to Colorado, Illinois (without proof of your permit), or Iowa. I do not currently export out of the US, not even through your local intermediary.
LIVE ARRIVAL & HEALTH GUARANTEE
We guarantee live arrival of animals shipped to a FedEx Ship Center for pickup and picked up the same day it arrives there. We can no longer guarantee live arrival for home delivery. The live arrival guarantee expires once the animal is alive and well and in your possession. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer must notify us with a photo within two hours of pickup. We only sell animals that are healthy and regularly feeding on the listed prey item.

TERMS
All sales of live animals are final. Redridge Reptiles makes no warranties as to temperament of any animal it sells. As such, by tender of the purchase price, buyer is deemed to have assumed the risk of any danger posed from actions, including but not limited to bites, illness, infections, allergies, scratches, or lacerations caused by the animal.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
