We are a small breeder but hope to bring joy, excitement and education through our breeding projects.Ethics and the well being of the reptiles should be the most important aspect when beginning or continuing with reptiles. Whether you are a hobbyist, enthusiast or retailer, we have to ensure that the well being of the reptiles that make this industry fun is protected.

Store Policy
We have a Flat rate shipping price of $55 that cover the Label, cold or heat packs and the proper box size We use FedEx overnight shipping only. We only ship on Tuesdays every week to FedEx hubs.

Payment: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Geckos are not yours or marked sold unless they are paid for in full, or a pre-approved 50% deposit is made. Purchases are a first come, first serve basis. We cannot have an animal on hold with a deposit and/or payment(s) made, only to have the customer decide they don't want the gecko anymore and want their money back. Once a payment is made, the payment cannot be transferred to a different animal. We reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason. Gecko(s) must be shipped within 1 month of payment being made.
Discounts: No discounts are available on payment plans. Discounted animals must be paid for in full.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are accepted on purchases over $200. A down payment of 50% or more must be received of the total cost of the gecko. Gecko(s) need to be payed off in 30 days. If no payment is made within 2 days of the due date (determined at time of deposit), and you do not respond to our messages, you forfeit the gecko, and someone else may purchase it. If for some reason you are unable to complete a payment plan, no refunds will be given. If we feel that’s it’s safe we will ship out of our preferred temperatures. If it’s under 45 or over 105 the live arrival guarantee is case by case. You may pick another gecko that is available for sale to replace the one you can't afford. Gecko(s) must be shipped within 1 month of the deposit being made.
Gecko Tails: Geckos drop their tails, often for no apparent reason. Because of this, we cannot be held responsible for tails dropped during shipping or while under our care, and no refunds will be given for dropped tails.
Temperature Guidelines & Shipping: Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures are between 35° (overnight low) and 90°(daytime high). If a gecko has to be held for appropriate shipping weather we will hold free of charge. If the weather decides to change on us and we have to wait for shipping weather, no refund will be given. We cannot control the weather! We also cannot control if Fedex has any delays during shipping which causes your box to arrive late. If Fedex has a delay while your box is in transit no refund on shipping costs will be given. If the weather is 35*-39* or 81*-120*, your gecko must be shipped to a hub for pick up, first thing in the morning.
Guaranteed Live Arrival: You must contact us through facebook message or Text (702)757-7688 within 30 minutes of delivery or 30 minutes after it’s available to pick up at the chosen Hub for guarantee to be valid. No refunds will be made if the gecko is mishandled, mistreated, and/or not cared for correctly. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Live arrival guarantee is void in the case of carrier delays. We have never had a gecko die during shipping, but if any unfortunate event happens during shipping and your gecko arrives deceased on arrival, a coupon will be issued for a future purchase on a case by case basis for a decided amount. No money refunds. There are no refunds on deceased geckos after they have been in your care for. We must receive 3 pictures of the deceased animal within 30 minutes of arrival for this to be valid. An adult 18 years or older must be home to to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt. No cash refunds on late shipments. Your address that you send for your shipping label will be copied and pasted just as you send it onto your label. Look over it for mistakes, as we will not be liable for any wrong information that causes your gecko to arrived late. We guarantee the live arrival to DDI here in the states, but after it leaves the US, it is out of our control, and no refund will be given.

Sex of geckos are Listed as Tsm or Tsf(Temperature Sexed Male/Female). Temperature sexing is not always 100% accurate. All geckos will be double checked at the time of sale and confirm that it’s still looking like the listed temperature sex that it was labeled. There is always a chance it turns out the opposite sex unfortunately this happens and is out of our hands. All known genetic information, regardless of chance of being present, will be listed for all geckos. Genes listed as “possible” are not guaranteed to be present.
