Store Policy
RR - Regan’s Reptile’s
Terms of sale - RR require a non refundable deposit of 25% per animal. RR reserve the right to keep the deposit of the animal if you change your mind. The deposit cannot be transferred to another animal, so please be 100% sure when purchasing. RR can only hold your chosen animal for up to 4 weeks after they are ready to leave RR. Payments must be made before collection via transfer, using your full name as a reference. When sending a deposit or payment in full, RR will assume you have read and accepted my terms and conditions.
Payment plans - If you decide to opt for a payment plan a 25% down payment will need to be paid to put this in place. Payments can be made weekly or monthly for 3 months only. Payment plans will need to be paid on the date agreed via transfer. If a payment is missed and RR have tried to contact you with no response within a week, RR will assume you are no longer interested in the animal and it will be put back up for sale, and your money will be compensated to RR for loss of a potential sale.
Sexing - Animals will be marked as male or female providing RR are able to sex them. If for whatever reason RR can’t sex an animal RR will mark it as unsexed.
Tail nips & Toe nips - If the animal that has been chosen and whist in RR care get’s a tail or toe nip RR will give you the option to chose a replacement animal. Please be aware this is quite normal for animals to nip each other and can result in tails & toes missing. These nips do not effect the animal’s health or movement.
Tail loss - If this happens whilst in RR care before the animal has been transported by RR only, RR will give you the option to chose a replacement animal. If RR has not got a replacement you will be given the choice to wait until a new clutch has hatched. Crested Gecko’s can drop their tails without it causing any detrimental effects and doesn’t effect their health what so ever, we will not issue a refund or discount but will give you the choice to chose another animal.
Courier services - I am happy to arrange a registered courier at the buyers expense. Once the animal has been checked and passed over, RR will have no responsibility for that animal. Once you have recieved your animal (if using a courier) we require you to send us a message and photo to confirm the animal has arrived safely within the first hour of receiving the animal.
