Region Morphs is a small-scale breeder specializing in ball python morphs. We aim to produce snakes that are of the highest quality and offer customer service that is just as stellar.
Store Policy
Terms & Shipping
We accept Cash, PayPal, Chase Quick-Pay, Cash App and all major Credit Cards. Payment plans are available for animals over $300. Payment plans are 30/60 day terms with a 25% non-refundable deposit to start the hold. One minimum monthly payment must be made. Communication is mandatory for any extensions or special situations that may arise during this time period. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your order with anything over the 25% non-refundable deposit being reissued to you, the buyer.
Shipping
We reserve the right to ship when we deem safe for the animal. We ship via FedEx or ShipYourReptiles for next morning delivery when temps are above 36ºF and below 90ºF at both points. Shipping to a FedEx hub for holding is also available. We will do our best to track the weather in your area within the week of shipping out your animal. Heat and cold packs will be used when necessary as well as 3/4″ insulated foam coupled with an appropriate size box. When receiving a snake from us please confirm sex, health, and genetics. Any discrepancies must be relayed within 24 hrs of receiving your snake.
Guarantee
All snakes are guaranteed by our 100% health/gender/genetics guarantee. Any issues regarding the health of your animal must be addressed within the first 24 hours of receiving. In the unfortunate case of a DOA, pictures must be sent to confirm the death within 4 hours of receiving your animal. We will offer a credit for the full amount or send a similar animal of equal value. Failure to sign for or pick up your package within 8 hours of your animal being delivered will void this guarantee.
