Yes, you read that correctly. Regius Creations is shutting down. We have had a lot of fun and met a ton of really cool people over the last 25 years that we've been keeping, breeding, and selling Boas, Corns, Milks, and of course Ball Pythons. As is often true in life, it's time to turn the page and begin a new chapter. We have already drastically reduced the prices on our remaining animals and will be speeding that process up over the next few weeks as we'd like to get the majority of our/your animals out before the cold weather hits so keep an eye out for some amazing deals!
TERMS
No animal is considered sold until payment is received. A non-refundable, 25% deposit will hold any animal over $250 for 30 days. Payment plans are available and must be agreed to beforehand. All monies paid(including but not limited to the deposit and payments) are non-refundable. Payments are not transferable from one animal to another.
Florida residents add 6.5% sales tax.
We ship Monday through Wednesday with some exceptions for Thursday shipping. The safe arrival of our/your animals is our most important consideration.
Live arrival is guaranteed with overnight low temps above 40 degrees and daytime highs below 90 degrees on both ends. If your weather falls outside of this range, we are happy to hold your purchases until a safe day for shipping arrives. No refunds will be given for weather delays. Package must be signed for on first delivery attempt or guarantee is void. All animals held for pickup at a FedEx center must be picked up within 1 hour of being available or guarantee is void. Any issues must be reported within 30 minutes of package being signed for.
Animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed. Recessive genetics are guaranteed for life. Sex must be verified within 7 days of delivery. We list the pairing that produced the animal in every ad. With so many genes at play, it's sometimes difficult to pinpoint exactly which genes an animal carries. Many times they will need to be raised up and proven out to know for sure. Please take note of the pairing and agree with our assessment before purchasing.
