About
My main focus is going to be on ball pythons, however I may expand to other types of reptiles in the future. I am very excited to start showing the world what I can do, and will strive to do my best for my reptiles and future customers.
Store Policy
I guarantee my animals to be healthy upon arrival, and up to 3 days after arrival. All my animals are guaranteed to be in good physical condition, correctly sexed, and also free from showing any signs of illness. In the case of a DOA, I will replace or refund any animal if I'm notified within 5 hours of receipt, but you MUST send pictures or a video of the animal as proof. I also guarantee that the genetics are accurate, EXCEPT in the case of all white, black, or multi gene animals that make it difficult to correctly identify the genetics involved.
Shipping- I ship on Tuesday and Thursday, weather permitting. I will only ship to FedEx Hubs. You must pick up the animal within 1 hour of it being ready for pickup, or my live-arrival guarantee will be void. Shipping for animals 1000 grams or more will cost extra. I will not ship in December or the beginning of January due to the holiday rush causing shipments to be delayed, I don't want to risk my animals health and life in case of an issue during shipping. I will not ship when the low temps at the destination are under 45°F or over 95°F.
Payment plans available - A 25% deposit for animals $500 and over, with 30 days to payoff the remaining balance. For animals that are over $1000, I will accept up to 60 day payment plans. Deposits are nonrefundable. Payment methods accepted are cash (only if being picked up locally), Venmo, and PayPal. Local pickup is available if you want to save on shipping. Will combine shipping when purchasing multiple animals.
Make sure to do your research on the reptiles you want BEFORE you buy them, I am not responsible for any problems that arise from your care and husbandry.
All prices are for individual animals.
*Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if I am provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide me with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
