STORE POLICY/TERMS AND SHIPPING

LIVE ARRIVAL
Renowned Reptiles guarantees all animals to arrive alive and healthy. All guarantees are provided that orders shipped to an airport or FedEx hub be picked up promptly or that someone is present to receive the package when shipped to a residence or business. We do not guarantee live arrival on door-to-door shipments during extreme temperatures under 35 or over 95 degrees Fahrenheit unless stated otherwise and will adhere to the recommendations provided by Ship Your Reptiles under their temperature guidelines. Renowned Reptiles reserves the right to decline to ship if we deem current conditions are unsafe for the animal. We strive to ensure your shipment arrives healthy and safely. We use Ship Your Reptiles and will only ship on Monday thru Wednesday. Our preferred method of shipment is to drop ship to a FedEx depot near you. This ensures your ball python will not be riding around in a FedEx truck all day in 20F or 95F weather. Shipping as weather permits according to SYR guidelines. Full insurance is extra at $2.50/$100 purchase price from SYR. Local pickup is available at select shows in the Sacramento area. Free shipping on purchases over $1000. Buyer pays actual shipping via SYR on purchases under $1000. For larger animals, Shipping will be determined on a per case basis.

PROPERLY SEXED
All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We will only address an issue with an incorrectly-sexed animal if it’s brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours all sales are final as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal(s) they have purchased.

PAYMENT
Renowned Reptiles accepts cash, cashier checks, money orders, wire transfers, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX through PayPal on a case by case basis . All checks must clear the bank before shipping takes place.

DEPOSITS
Renowned Reptiles will accept a negotiated deposit to place an animal on hold. That deposit is non-refundable.

PAYMENT PLANS
Renowned Reptiles will do payment plans on a per case basis.

To start the payment plan process, we require a minimum of 25% of the total price due as a down payment. After receiving the 25% down payment, we mark the animal(s) as on hold and you make payments per a negotiated schedule. Shipping will be arranged when the animal is paid in full. We will never under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on any money collected throughout the payment plan. We will gladly extend you credit toward another animal we have for sale or future offspring.
