Growing up as the kid that brought home about anything I could catch, I've had a passion for animals that I've never outgrown. Since then, the passion (some might argue obsession) has evolved into a sizeable collection of reptiles and other exotics. With over 25 years experience keeping and breeding reptiles, we offer a wide range of quality ball python morphs.
Store Policy
GUARANTEE
All animals are bred and hatched by us, unless otherwise noted. We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy provided that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly and animals shipped to your door are received on the first delivery attempt. We must be notified of any D.O.A. immediately. We must be notified of any problem with your animal within 24 hours of receipt. We guarantee animals to be properly sexed, and to be feeding prior to leaving our facility. We will make our best effort to identify genetics accurately, but due to the complexity of multiple-gene animals, we're not able to guarantee genetics with 100% certainty. Recessive/Heterozygous genes are always guaranteed, unless stated otherwise.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, PayPal, credit card payments thru PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, money order, cashiers check or personal check. Personal checks must clear before payment is considered complete.
We offer payment plans on purchases in excess of $1000.00 . Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and payment in full within 60 days in most cases. Extended duration and options may be considered on a case by case basis. During this time, we will continue to feed and care for the animal as we do all of our others. If full payment is not received within the agreed upon term, we reserve the right to add the animal(s) back into sales inventory.
ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR ANIMAL DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
SHIPPING
Domestic shipping by FedEx Priority Overnight. We are currently shipping out on Tuesdays for Wednesday deliveries. Live arrival is guaranteed provided someone is home to receive the shipment. Weather conditions may influence shipping schedule or may require shipping to local hub for pickup.
TRADES
Sometimes trades or partial trades may be considered. Do not hesitate to make a trade offer. The worst I can do is say no. In the event a trade is agreed upon it is the buyers responsibility to ship the animal(s) first. Upon their safe arrival and inspection that the animals are healthy and as described, we will then reciprocate shipping buyer's animal(s).
