Store Policy
Payment Methods:
We accept PayPal(Friends and Family), Venmo, Zelle, Cash(for Local Pickup Only).
**FOR AUCTIONS***
Seller must pay within 24 hours. WE DO NOT do payment plans for auctions. All snakes will be shipped to FedEx ship Centers when weather is permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS. **
**Snake Listings**
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 30% non-refundable deposit for a hold of 30 days. (Only For snakes over $200 ! We Hold for 2 weeks for snakes $ 200 and below) This is subject to changes depending on the individual situation.
**For Local Pickups: We require 50% down to hold the animal until day of pickup. The remaining payment can be made in person at pickup. If buyer is unable to pick the animal up at the discussed time- no refunds will be made and hold is void. We DO NOT deliver to you. You must come to our location.
**Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable (with the exception of DOA **read health guarantee below**) . A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed time frame will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent. Refunds or exchanges are not provided due to animal(s) temperament.
Refunds are not given if weather is too hot or cold to ship and the buyer is no longer willing to wait. (You will be warned before purchase)
**Shipping Policy:
Shipping overnight does not mean it arrives the same day! Please be aware Fedex delays do occur. After Payment in full we will coordinate a shipping date.
Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Hub(or another Hub of their choosing), where they will be held for pickup.
We only ship Monday-Wednesday due to FedEx limits , we do not ship animals Thursday-Sunday.
We will not ship if our or your local/Fedex Hub temps are 100F or above- nor do we at 50F or below. This is for the safety of the animals; shipping availability will be determined on a case by case basis looking at weather forecasts. This may mean expected ship dates get delayed, or new shipping windows open as weather changes.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after delivery to local hub, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.
Local Pickup is available depending on location in Southern California, Please inquire to discuss the option.
**Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported immediately of hub delivery to qualify for a full refund. Please get in touch with us immediately for assistance, we will need photo/video evidence to process you request. (See Claims Policy)

**Genetic Policy:
Due to the increasing complexity of genetic combos we cannot guarantee incomplete dominant genes, however recessives and hets are always guaranteed.
Claims Policy(For Any/All Issues):
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON FedEx ARRIVAL BY EMAILING US DIRECTLY WITH PHOTOS/VIDEOS to

We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Refunds cannot be processed without the return of the animal.
