Here at Reptile Royalty we are hobbyist keepers and breeders of various high end reptiles including tree monitors, various blue tongue skinks, armadillo lizards , leachies, albino tegus, cresties and many more.
Store Policy
When purchasing an animal from us, we assume you have read our terms and conditions below.
Terms of sale:
We require a non refundable deposit of 25% per animal. I reserve the right to keep the deposit of the animal if you change your mind. The deposit cannot be transferred to another animal if you change your mind, so please be 100% sure when purchasing.
Payment plans:
If paying in full, payment should be made within 24 hours. Payment plans will only be considered if the animal is over £150 with a 25% non refundable deposit. Payment plans for animals up to £300 will be for 1 month only. For animals over £300, a payment plan of 2 months only. Payment plans will need to be paid on the date agreed, for the length of time that has been organised. If a payment is missed and I recieve no correspondence from you after making contact for 1 week, I will assume you are no longer interested in the animal and it will be put back up for sale and your money will be compensated to me for loss of potential sales. If the balance is not paid in full on the agreed date, that person will no longer be able to pay via installments for future purchases.
Payments are to be made via bank transfer. When sending a deposit or payment in full, we will assume you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Sexing:
Animals will be marked as male or female providing I am able to sex them. If the animal is too young to determine this, I will mark as unsexed or whether or not pores are seen. We do this using a jewlers loupe. Seeing pores or lack of pores doesn't guarantee the sex of the animal. Therefore, if an animal is purchased as "no pores seen" and pores develop, there will be no refunds or replacement animals. The same applies if an animal is purchased with "pores seen" but they later disappear.
Tail loss:
If this happens whilst in our care before the animal has been transported we will not issue a refund or discount. Crested geckos can drop their tails without it causing any detrimental effects and doesnt effect their health what so ever. We can however, offer an alternative replacement should you no longer want the gecko.
Once you have recieved your animal (if using a courier) we require you to send us a message to confirm the animal has arrived safely within the first hour of recieving the animal.
Courier services:
I am happy to accept a registered courier at the buyers expense. This will need to be arranged by the buyer.
