Store Policy
Our snakes are guaranteed clean, healthy, and disease free. Sex and genetics are also guaranteed. All of our available snakes are eating and shedding without any issues. We will not sell any animal unless they are thriving.

We accept PayPal payments. Thirty-day payment plans are available on purchases over $200 with a 25% non-refundable deposit. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred into credit towards future purchases.

Shipping of all animals will be delivered via FedEx Priority Overnight through Ship Your Reptiles. All animals will be shipped in appropriately-sized insulated foam shipping boxes, and a 40 hr. heat pack will be added when cold weather conditions warrant. Animals will not be shipped when weather is below 30 degrees or above 90 degrees.

While the vast majority of our shipments go very smoothly and successfully, since these are live animals, there can always be the possibility of something going wrong with shipping. In the unfortunate event you receive an animal that is DOA, you must notify us within 2 hours from the time of delivery. Additionally, we require that you provide photographic evidence of the animal belly up, the box, insulation, packing materials, heat and cold packs used, and snake bags or deli cups used. We may ask that you ship the animal back to determine what caused the issue before your money is refunded.

We will not refund for the accidental death of animals that is the direct fault of the purchaser. Please be sure that you are ready to implement permanent/temporary housing procedures in advance of purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure that the animal you purchase is the one you want.
