Store Policy
We have a live arrive guarantee. If for some reason the animal does not arrive alive because of shipping issues we require pictures of upon arrive to show it is dead. A refund for the price of the dragon will be in order but shipping cannot be refunded. If for some reason the buyer does not pick up the package or is home to receive, after one day of being kept at the fedex facility, it is no long live arrival guarantee and there will be no refund.
