About
Located in Ohio my wife and I have been keeping turtles and tortoise for over 25 years now. In 2012 I was given a normal ball python from my brother after he became ill and could no longer care for it. We both soon fell in love with the ball pythons size, personality and never ending colors and patterns. We now have over 40 adult ball pythons in our care and are constantly growing. We both work full-time jobs but consider breeding ball pythons our full-time passion. We are excited about the future of the hobby and look forward to introducing others to the Ball Python.
Store Policy
Payment:
Payments can be made via Pay-Pal on our website www.reptilegallery.com. All ball pythons listed on morph market are also available on our website. Please take a moment to view the F.A.Q on our website. Money orders are also accepted with an additional wait time to clear the bank. We only ship to 47 of the continental states of the U.S.A. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Michigan. Shipping is through Fed-ex priority overnight using either Ship Your Reptiles, Reptile Express or Reptiles 2 You. Shipping is a flat rate of $45.00 no matter how many reptiles ordered. I only ship Monday thru Thursday and only when the weather is between 40 degrees and 90 degrees at my location and the buyers. I will not ship until I have contacted you and a shipping date is agreed upon. Please keep in mind someone must be present to sign for the package. FedEx Express overnight delivery is usually by 10:30am. Buyer is responsible to know there state and local laws. Please make sure your address is correct before making payment.
Feeding:
All ball pythons are feeding on either live mice or rats unless otherwise stated. If you are interested in one feeding on frozen/thawed it can be converted over to frozen/thawed for you but this can take some time.
Health:
The health of the animal is guaranteed as long as photo proof is provided within 4 hours of delivery and the animal is delivered on the first attempt. I can have the animal held at your local Fed-ex center for pick-up if this is more convenient for you. If an animal is DOA I reserve the right to either refund payment including shipping or replace the animal with one that is similar. Please make sure your address is correct before making payment. If an incorrect address is provided the guarantee is void.
