HERE at Hardee's Exotic Reptile Emporium I specialize in Corn Snakes, Isopods and our own line of dry goods for Isopods/Bioactive Set Ups. We also work with an array of other species such as Ball Pythons, C.A Nic Boas and other Colubrids.
I've been involved in the reptile industry since 1994. I've been producing high quality reptiles since 2009.
Store Policy
Shipping is flat rate of $60 for a small box and $75 for a larger box. US lower 48 shipping only. I can ship to someone you trust to ship out of the US for you. "Local" Pick Up/Meet Up is welcome too. All animals are guaranteed live arrival, genetics guaranteed, properly sexed and in overall good health.
TERMS Disclaimer: failure to read and understand our terms, will under no circumstances be reason to consider them altered or void. We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer for any reason.
Legality: The legality of owning a reptile in your city and state is your responsibility. It is not the responsibility of Hardee's Exotic Reptile Emporium to know what regulations exist in your area. We do not knowingly sell reptiles to persons below 18 years of age unless their parent provides consent.
Forms of Payment: Paypal, Zelle and Venmo. With PayPal if not using Friend/Family to send payment I will be required to charge a 3% interest on total sale including shipping. All sales are FINAL!
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for orders $300+ combined order including shipping. A minimum nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the order including shipping is required. Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly or what ever works best for you. The order must be paid in full within 30 days unless other arrangements are made at the very beginning. Failure to pay in full in the time given will result in a refund of all payments besides the original 25% nonrefundable deposit and could result in ban from further purchases.
Shipping: Live Arrival Guaranteed!!! Shipping is done through FedEx Priority next day air using Reptiles2you.com or Reptilesexpress.com shipping out Monday - Wednesday with most deliveries arriving by 10:30am. Although some areas have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. It is the buyers responsibility to furnish us the correct address and apartment number if applicable. Wrong addresses or missing apartment numbers that cause delivery delays terminate our live arrival guarantee. The buyer or a representative must be available to receive the package upon delivery, animals left at the door or unattended terminates guarantee. Free shipping within the continental US on orders over $1,000 (excludes animals requiring a payment plan.)Temperatures that fall between 32-34ºF and 91-98ºF can be shipped to your nearest FedEx facility but must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival or our live arrival guarantee will be terminated.
Delivery: Please unpack and carefully inspects your animal(s) upon arrival. Your new acquisition will need time acclimate to it’s new environment. It is recommended that you place your animal(s) in their new environment after you physically inspect them. Please allow a minimum of a week for your animal/s to acclimate before handling or feeding. (They will be fine and not starve.) After the acclimation time you may offer it’s preferred food item and give them time to digest (recommend 2 days) before any handling.
DOA Dead on Arrival: In the unlikely event an animal arrives DOA, the buyer must notify us immediately and email us a photo of the animal or all guarantees are null and void. Deceased animal(s) must be kept for further instructions and verification.
Replacements: Please be certain the animal you purchase is the one that you wanted. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for "possible" replacement, additional shipping will be at the buyers expense. If an unfortunate event the buyer receives a DOA "Store Credit" will be given for a replacement. For cash compensation please read about optional insurance.
Genetics: Genetics are 100% guaranteed for animals sold by Hardee's Exotic Reptile Emporium. If the animal is listed as possible for another gene or possible Het for a gene those are not guaranteed.
Health: We guarantee that all animals are healthy at the time of sale. Hardee's Exotic Reptile Emporium is not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you bring any animal to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
Feeding: We guarantee all animals are feeding at the time of sale "UNLESS NOTED". We do not guarantee that an animal will feed under your care. We are always available to offer advice if or when an animal stops feeding.
Questions: We are always quick to answer any questions before and after the sale.
