All sales are final. Live arrival guarantee as long as the animal is picked up from Fedex Hub within 6 hours of arrival. We guarantee the sex of each animal and do our best to provide accurate genetics but do not guarantee 100% accuracy as slight variations in genetics can occur.
In the event an animal is dead on arrival, the buyer must provide photo proof of the deceased animal in order for a replacement to be sent by Scalez reptiles. We have the right to replace the animal with a similar age/quality animal before offering a refunds. If we can not provide a replacement within a timely fashion, we will issue a refund. After the animal arrives safely and the buyer acknowledges that the animal looks healthy and alive, Scalez reptiles is no longer liable for any sickness or deaths that occur after it is in the customers care.
