We are a small hobby breeder of ball pythons and several other species. We are a budding business and are in it for the love and fun of the animals!
Store Policy

Please read Resplendent Reptiles and Exotics, LLC (hereinafter “We”) store policy and terms below.
1. Shipping
• All snakes are professionally packed with shipping materials designed to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. Heat or cold packs are used if appropriate.
• We do not ship in extreme conditions and will not ship when temperatures are below 40° or above 92° for the safety of the snake.
• We guarantee live arrival of our animals. For the live arrival guarantee to be valid, the shipment must be received on the first attempt, in person, and receipt acknowledged by us within 1 hour of delivery either by email, text or phone. Live arrival insurance is only provider for Tuesday and Wednesday, hub to hub shipments. In the case of dead on arrival (DOA), the recipient must contact us within 15 minutes of discovery and provide video and photographs of the DOA. We are not responsible for DOA due to carrier delays or acts of God or Mother Nature.
• We will ship on Monday to Wednesday. We will only ship to the nearest FedEx hub and hold for pickup. This ensures that if there is an unexpected delay with delivery, that the animals don’t spend the weekend at the courier company’s shipping depot. Other days can be arranged but live arrival guarantee is not provided outside Tuesday-Wednesday AND hub to hub shipments.
2 Genetic Provenance, Health and Gender Guarantee
• We guarantee that all our snakes are 100% correctly sexed.
• We guarantee that all animals sold by us are eating exactly as described. We will not sell any animals that are not eating well.
• We do our best to accurately determine genetics of each animal but we can't 100% guarantee accuracy.
• We strive to maintain comprehensive lineage and breeding records of all our animals. If you have any questions or would like to inquire on the background of a particular animal you are interested in, please feel free to contact us.
• We guarantee animals are healthy and parasite free while in our care. We cannot be held responsible for health conditions occurring after shipping. If there are any health concerns prior to sale and shipping, they will be disclosed to the buyer.
• We must be notified of any concerns or disputes on genetics and sexing of animals within 24hrs of receipt of animal. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for any changes or differences.
3. Payment
• We accept payment through cash, PayPal, and Venmo. PayPal payments are always done through Goods and Services, we do not accept payments via Friends and Family. Any chargebacks or disputes after the exchange of animals will result in immediate action to contact buyer to initiate a resolution. If a chargeback occurs for a healthy animal, a dispute shall be opened and the buyer may be placed on a “do not sell” list and reported on various platforms, as appropriate.
Shipping/delivery arrangements will only be made when the outstanding balance for any animal is paid in full.
• An animal or group of animals whose total value is $500.00 or more, may be placed on hold with a non-refundable 50% deposit. Any holds will be done on a first come first serve basis and are valid for the period of up to 30 days. If after 30 days the remaining 50% balance is unpaid, the animal(s) will be placed for sale again.
• We do not offer refunds. In the event your animal arrives dead and qualifies under our live arrival guarantee, we will offer you a replacement animal, if available, or credit towards a future purchase. For replacement animals, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
4. General.
• We do not sell to any persons under the age of 18 without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Verifying the legality of owning the animal and species in your city, state or country is the buyers responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for fines or penalties resulting from buyer not independently verifying their local laws and ordinances.
• We reserve the right to decline a sale.
