We have curated a creative collection of ball pythons alongside KINOVA to explore diverse projects. Through this partnership, we aim to help more customers find the perfect animal while matching the high standards of care, genetics, and artistry of KINOVA. Our relationship includes ongoing consultation on ID’s, new project development, and on-site visits.
Store Policy
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typically, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance due within 60 days. We require a minimum purchase of $300 to be eligible for a payment plan. Please note that some animals may not be available for payment plans.
Payment Methods:
We accept PayPal, Square, wire transfers, money orders, and certified checks. If payments are made on a snake and the remaining balance cannot be paid for any reason, the buyer will not be refunded the money. However, the full amount can be used for a future purchase with us.
Health Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive safely and in good health.
Genetics Guarantee:
Due to the complexity of our projects, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on incomplete dominant mutations in our animals. However, we offer a 100% guarantee on recessive mutations and gender. We are committed to representing our animals with complete honesty to the best of our ability.
