Store Policy
All animals are health and sex guaranteed at time of delivery. Sex must be verified within 30 days of delivery.
All recessive genetics, visual and heterozygous are guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or genetic testing.
Shipping is via FedEx Priority overnight through Ship Your Reptiles (SYR). Shipping costs are fixed at $50 for animals $1000 or more. Shipping is the actual cost from Ship Your Reptiles for animals priced below $1000. Cost will be actual cost from my facility to your delivery address plus a $5 box charge. I will never charge you extra for shipping!
With the exceptions outlined below, live arrival and health is guaranteed for the first 7 days from the first availability of drop off or pickup. For which your responsibility includes being able to receive the animal on the first attempt to drop off by FedEx at the address you provided or if you are picking up from a FedEx Ship Center, you need to pick up the animal within 4 hours of FedEx reporting the animal is ready for pickup.
My responsibility includes shipping you the proper, healthy animal packed properly in an approved FedEx shipping box, and dropping the package to FedEx in time for it to ship that night for delivery on the next day. The animal will be packed appropriately for the current weather conditions.
Shipping is weather dependent.
Shipping temperatures are 38F to 90F to a drop off address and 38F to 100F if shipping to a FedEx Ship Center. Highs and lows are at any time in the shipping window at both my location, your location and the FedEx shipping hub (typically Memphis or Indianapolis). No exceptions will be made to those temperature guidelines.
Shipping to a FedEx Shipping center for direct pickup is preferred.
The delivery truck is where most mishaps happen. Using a FedEx Ship Center for pickup takes the delivery truck out of the equation.
I use FedEx priority overnight shipping. If you choose to have your animal delivered to you, most addresses have a 10:30 AM or earlier dropoff time. If FedEx determines your address is rural it may be a 12:00 Noon or 4PM or even later for dropoff. FedEx makes that determination, not me. In the case of a 12 Noon or later dropoff I encourage you to use a FedEx Ship center and make the pickup yourself. If your delivery address has a noon or later drop off time determined by FedEx than you assume the risk, and live arrival and health is not guaranteed.
If you are not available for pickup within 4 hours of FedEx reporting the animal is available for pickup. or to receive the delivery at the first attempt to deliver, live arrival and health are not guaranteed.
I ship signature required. If FedEx leaves the animal unattended at the address you provided and nobody accepts it for any reason, live arrival and health are not guaranteed.
Currently I am only shipping on Tuesday and Wednesday for next day delivery.

Please be aware of all local laws regarding reptiles, they are your responsibility not mine.
Payment via Square (preferred if you are using a credit card). Certified bank check or USPS money orders will be accepted but will need to clear prior to shipping- this can take 10-14 business days. Direct bank transfer can be arranged.

Payment plans are determined on a case by case basis and are available on purchases over $1000: 25% non-refundable deposit, two months maximum. No animal will ship until all funds have been paid in full. I don’t do payment plans on animals worth less than $1000.
Local pickup is available if you are willing to come to me and meet at a neutral location. The animal will need to be paid in full prior to our meet. I don't do facility tours.
Export: I do not directly export. If you are not from the US, and wish to arrange your own export of one of my snakes, I can have the snake delivered to your export agent anywhere in the US. My arrive alive guarantee is good for the delivery to that export agent: Providing the shipment is on a Tuesday or Wednesday for a FedEx shipping hub pickup.
Exceptions to the alive arrival guarantee: Sometimes, to facilitate an export, shipping by FedEx on a Monday for Tuesday arrival at the export agent is required by that export agent. The risk of a Monday shipment is on the purchaser, and not assumed by me.
In all cases, once the snake is in the hands of the export agent I can no longer guarantee health and safety. The risk for health and safety is assumed by the purchaser at that point.
Payment for International sales are by wire transfer to my bank only.
