Store Policy
Guarantee
All ball pythons are guaranteed under our 100% health/gender/genetics policy. Live arrival is guaranteed as long as someone is available to receive your ball python upon arrival.
If there are any problems with your ball python upon delivery we must be notified immediately. In the event that we need to replace a snake we will either issue a credit for the value or send a similar agreed upon replacement.

Payment Plans
Plans are available for any order over $400. For orders over $400, we offer 30 and 60 day payment plans for the convenience . The 30 day plan requires a 25% non-refundable deposit and the balance paid within 30 days of deposit. The 60 day plan requires a 35% non-refundable deposit and the balance paid within 60 days of deposit.
If the balance is not paid within the plan period, the deposit will be forfeited and the ball python(s) will be put back into inventory.
Regional Shipping
We ship via Fed-Ex, preferred method is to ship for hold at FedEx hub where you can pick up the animal. We can also arrange regular FedEx delivery but you must be present to sign for animal on first attempt in order for us to guarantee live arrival. If there are any problems upon receiving your animals, we must be notified immediately.
