Guarantees- Live Arrival is Guaranteed, in the event of DOA photos must be provided within one hour of delivery time.
14 day health Guarantee.
Sex of the Geckos is guaranteed if visually confirmed. Temp sexed Geckos can not be guaranteed if not visually confirmed.
Shipping -We can ship anywhere in the continental United States, No international shipping at this time. We ship with Reptiles2You, shipping cost varies based on your location, feel free to message us for a quote. We ship Monday - Wednesday, weather pending(excluding holidays to prevent delays)
I can not guarantee against tail drop during shipping. I will package the Gecko as safe and secure as possible but can not insure the handling of the package after dropping off at FedEx.
Payment Plans- 60 day payment plans are available with a 25% deposit of the price of the Gecko(s)+Shipping. Geckos will not be placed on hold for longer than 24 hours without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternate Gecko.
