Ridleys Royals is a small breeder of ball pythons. We will continue to stay a small breeder so individual attention may be given to each animal each day. Our goal is to provide the buyer with a healthy, happy ball python from a vibrant collection that has been bred responsibly. We want the buyers experience with us to be one that will cause that buyer to call us first for their next purchase. The ultimate experience is to be delighted with your purchase and our customer service.
Store Policy
We accept PayPal, Money Orders, checks, cash (personal pickup only not through the mail), cashiers checks. Payment in full must be made prior to shipping. Shipping only to the lower 48 states. Shipping fee is actual shipping fee for purchases unless otherwise noted. Payment plans MAY be available with a 30% nonrefundable deposit. Payment plans are on a case by case basis. If the customer defaults on payment any amount over the deposit may be applied to another snake within 6 months. Refunds are not given. Shipping is done through a professional shipping service. At this time on time and live arrival insurance is again on a limited basis, available. We highly recommend you ask us to add this on to your shipping fees. There have been delivery delays due to FedEx trying to handle the volume of packages at this time so we cannot guarantee live arrival if there are any delays. We are now only shipping Tuesday or Wednesday delivery to the hub of your choice. We strongly advise you to pay for on time live arrival insurance for any purchases shipped to a hub. There are no guarantees if for any reason a customer wishes us to waiver from these requirements. If for any reason the animal arrives deceased we must be notified within 30 minutes of arrival. This includes arrival at a hub. Date and time stamped photos of the box, packing and snake will be required. If the death is due to our fault we will do all possible to remedy the situation. There are NO returns but if the animal is not as expected we will work with the buyer to remedy the issue satisfactory. However, actual color (we do our best with photographs but they do not always fully represent the color and we do not enhance our photos) or pattern will not be considered a point of contention. Genetics are as stated. Multigene combinations will be best effort at identification. We will never intentionally mislead a customer as to the genetics of any animal. You will receive a healthy, well fed animal but we cannot guarantee health after arrival due to unknown husbandry practices of the buyer.
