*We are only shipping if temperatures are BELOW 95 degrees at all hubs and shipping destinations that the package will travel.
*We are currently only shipping directly to the closest "FedEx Ship Center" facility (NOT a FedEx Office, Pak Mail, Mail Boxes Etc. or other satellite/franchise location). Your shipment will arrive early in the morning and be kept inside until it is picked up by the buyer.
*If, on the scheduled shipping date, shipping service alerts are posted, we will postpone the shipping until it's safe.

Payment: Once you have agreed to purchase, we will send you a private link to purchase the animal from our website. We accept all major credit cards, Cashapp as well as Afterpay. Immediate payment will be required unless otherwise agreed upon. If the animal is not paid within 24 hours, we will release the animal from Hold. No animals are shipped until payment has been received in full.

Local Pickup: If you are in the region, local pickup is preferred over shipping. Once payment is paid in full and the pickup date and time scheduled, we will provide our public pickup location. For safety reasons we do not accept pick up from our location.

Deposit for Holds: We are no longer accepting deposits to hold animals.

Shipping: Currently, we only ship on Tuesdays each week, via FedEx Priority Overnight. We will always do a weather check the days leading up to your ship date and if we have any concerns, we will contact you and let you know. Once an animal is shipped, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
We guarantee that all our animals are only shipping if they are in a healthy state. If the animal is sent to your residence, someone MUST be there for the package on first delivery attempt for live arrival guarantee. If there are any concerns about health, please contact us immediately so that we can access the situation. We do require a picture of your animal is taken within 30 minutes of acceptance.

Returns: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

RJ Dragons guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad listing, we never reuse photos for any reason. In addition, we will update the photos of any babies or juveniles that do not sell within 2 weeks so that you are always seeing them exactly as they are. Weight and length are measured the day the listing is posted and will be updated every two weeks. When you inquire about an animal, we will send you updated photos and stats at that time as well if the pictures are older than 7 days.

Sexing: We do not guarantee sexing on babies or juveniles. We do sex them multiples times and have a good track record but unless the reptile is an adult, we will not be able to give a 100% guarantee.

RJ Dragons is not responsible for animal temperament. It is especially important to note that while most animals settle into their new environment fairly fast, some will take a little while longer. During the purchasing process, we will give you the current housing environment that the reptile has been raised in.

We reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual or entity, for any reason.

By purchasing an animal from us, you accept the terms of our agreement.
