Store Policy
Shipments are sent to a FedEx Hub listed in the SYR software. Shipments which transit through the Memphis Hub to your destination Hub are made only on Monday through Wednesday for next day pick up at your destination Hub. Sometimes shipments do not leave the Memphis hub on time, but have always been delivered safely with live, healthy arrival the following day to the destination Hub. I accept payment through Zelle and PayPal Friends and Family at [email protected] I also accept payment through PayPal goods and services with an additional 3% for PayPal fees. I guarantee live arrival of healthy animals when shipped under the guidelines detailed above. I ship through All Pro Shipping, Ship Your Reptiles (Fed Ex).
